Wool Landon® needs an experienced mid-level Oregon and Washington litigator to support our high net-worth clients and families involved in probate and trust related disputes. Poor quality estate planning documents (or the absence of planning documents), forms of self-help such as on line documents and probate avoidance without counsel, and business succession planning lead to disputes, conservatorships, probate litigation, wills and trust contests, and, unfortunately, vulnerable person abuse claims.
